Diagnostic FAQ
About the Diagnostic
The Leadership Under Pressure diagnostic identifies five common patterns in how executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing leaders respond when the stakes are high.
What does this diagnostic identify?
It identifies your dominant Leadership Under Pressure Pattern from five possible patterns: The Reactive Operator, The Unclear Visionary, The Overthinking Strategist, The Pressure-Driven Performer, and The Aligned Operator. The goal is to help you recognize how pressure may shape your decisions, communication, delegation, focus, and leadership capacity.
Who is this for?
Executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing leaders who carry responsibility and want to lead with more clarity, capacity, and intention.
How long does it take?
About two minutes. You will answer eight questions about how you tend to make decisions, handle tension, delegate, and respond when the stakes are high.
Can my result change over time?
Yes. These patterns are not fixed identities. As your capacity, environment, responsibilities, and leadership habits change, the pattern that shows up under pressure can change too.
How should I use my result?
Use it as a mirror, not a label. Look for the situations where the pattern appears most often: decisions, delegation, conflict, visibility, growth, or recovery.
What happens after I get my result?
You will see your dominant Leadership Under Pressure Pattern, where you may recognize yourself, what the pattern may be costing you, and your next leadership edge. You will also have the option to book a Leadership Debrief.
